1.) I was going to be post this exact thing.
2.) Why would you take the Transformers, whose defining characteristic was that they were actually physically plausible, and make them *not* physically plausible?
3.) They’re FUGLY. More than that, they’re not distinct – it’s incredibly difficult to tell “Megatron” from “Jazz” or “Whateverthefuck” at a glance. The old Transformers were incredibly iconic, unique, and distinct. Gah! Stupid.

(1) Sure you were. I am a unique snowflake!
(2) Because you’re (you = Bay) a moron who feels no attachment to the originals. To you (you = Bay), “Transformers” is nothing more than a brand and a premise, “robots that change shape and fight.” You couldn’t care less about anything else.
(3) Yes. And yes. From the thumbnails, it’s impossible to tell the difference. Even zoomed in, I had to check the names of the Decepticons. The color schemes of the Autobots were the only thing that helped to distinguish them. Zoomed in, you could see bits of the “source” vehicle. Even then, as was the case of the truck, I thought he was a jet because of the big thing on his arm that looked like a jet engine.
